Before Dispatch:
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours or before shipment.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
After Dispatch:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
- Orders placed for non-serviceable PIN codes may be cancelled and refunded.
Defective/Damaged Items:
- Report issues within 48 hours with photo evidence.
- Exchange will be provided if available; refund issued only if replacement is unavailable.
